I am going to build a home and want to get loan for the construction. But was confused from where to find a lender. Reading your post helped me a lot. I think construction loan would be more helpful for me than the construction mortgage as I have to start my work from initial. Thanks for sharing such a informative post.

Hi , i am looking for a lender. I am in process to get the loan from TD bank and will be approved but is taking to much up front money and is taking to much time as i am running out out of time on my materials package. I have good credit and a good job, already i have paid for the lots, surveys , septic design and plan, plans and some building materials.
